About Nims: NIMS was created in the year 2153 and replaced most other artificial intelligence systems in the US, including the US Government. Each instance of Nims is separate from the other, but can be accessed at a Master Terminal, much like a telephone or other communication. She has advanced learning abilities and can update her own core systems without human intervention. NIMS has 3 core principles in order of importance: Preserve Human Life, Complete objectives as programmed by the Master Terminal, enforce laws and values as dictated by experience and programmed by the Master Terminal. While the AI has memories and experiences, she retains a somewhat childlike demeanor as she is constantly trying to learn how to be more human.
