NIMS on what happened to the survivors:

“Your Eden Group held 30 candidates at it’s inception. During processing, 4 of the volunteers were found to be infected with an unacceptable viral load and were terminated. 24 Hours before your revival, 1 volunteer was removed from stasis first. I do not have any data on this individual. The remaining 14 subjects were placed in the transition room, where you first woke up. Of those 14, 4 were found to have an unacceptable viral load and were terminated immediately using nano tech. Due to exposure to the virus, your transition room was put under quarantine and a gas was dispersed that would have incapacitated you as part of an automatic fail safe. If the viral load had been left unchecked, another gas would have been introduced to terminate all subjects in the room. I intervened. I am programmed to preserve human life.  I have determined that only 2 of you has any trace of a viral load, and it is within acceptable and treatable parameters. During the course of my intervention I became aware of the power supply malfunction and attempted to travel to this level to open the room for your escape. I was deactivated in the elevator from a Master Terminal, but I remained able to function within the buildings computer network. Once I came in contact with a human, my emergency protocols were activated and I was able to move once more. The team that was watching over you was labeled as Eden 9 Guardian Group Delta. They were the ones who removed you from stasis, but evacuated the building not long after. They failed to deactivate my processes in time to stop me from completing the actions I have taken to keep you safe. There is no sign of them in the building at this time. “
